For the current webhook method, use Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook in Zapier and Settings → Integrations → Webhooks in WithMe. Confirm the webhook URL in WithMe matches the URL for the Zap you are testing.

Select the event you need: purchase.completed for a first-time purchase, or customer.created for a new customer. They describe different events.

Use Send Test on the WithMe endpoint and look for the sample event in Zapier. You do not need to buy your own product merely to obtain a sample for this method.

If the sample arrives but the next action fails, check the destination account connection, field mapping and product filters in Zapier. A successful trigger test does not prove that the final action succeeded.
