Common Issue: “No Customer Found” in Test

When testing a Zap in Zapier, it needs to pull data from an existing customer in your WithMe account who has already purchased a digital product.

If you're getting a “no customer found” error, here’s what to do:

  1. Set your product to FREE inside WithMe (or create a 100% off discount code for yourself)

  2. Visit your public WithMe page and “buy” your own product

  3. Wait a couple of minutes, then go back to Zapier and re-run the test

  4. You should now show up as a customer — if not, give it another 5 minutes and try again
