Connect through Webhooks by Zapier
In Zapier, create a Zap and select Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger.
Choose Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL Zapier provides.
In WithMe, open Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
Paste the URL, select the events you want, then click Add Endpoint.
Use Send Test to send a sample event to your Zap, then check the sample in Zapier before enabling any action that sends messages or updates a customer list.
Choose the right event
purchase.completed: a first-time purchase, rather than a subscription renewal.
customer.created: a new customer, including paid purchases and free access or invitations.
comment.created: a member comment.
Choose the event deliberately. Leaving the event selection empty subscribes the endpoint to every event type.
Connect Flodesk
Add Flodesk as the action app in your Zap and connect that account. Choose the subscriber action for the list, audience or segment you want to update. Map the email field from the received WithMe event and any other fields the action requires. Check consent and subscription settings before adding people to marketing lists.
You do not enter your WithMe password into a Catch Hook trigger. Keep the webhook URL private. See Zapier’s webhook setup guide for its current steps and requirements.
