Why Is My Order Bump Not Working?
Order Bumps are a brilliant way to boost your average order value — but they only show up at checkout when a few specific conditions are met. If yours isn't appearing, run through this quick checklist:
Paid Product: Order Bumps must be a paid product. Unfortunately, free products cannot be used for Order Bumps.
Product Type: Make sure the Order Bump is set up on a paid digital product, course, coaching, coaching call, community, membership, or paid message.
Not Available for Funnels: Order Bumps can’t be used with Funnels at the moment, so keep that in mind when setting things up.
