What is an Order Bump?
Boost your sales by up to 30% with an Order Bump! This is a small checkbox on the checkout page that lets your customers easily add a complimentary or discounted digital product to their purchase with just one click.
Steps to Add an Order Bump to a Product
Go to Your My Hub (store front) Tab:
Head over to the My Hub section and select the product you’d like to add an Order Bump to.Access the Options Tab:
Inside your product page, click on the Options tab, and find the Order Bump section.Enable the Order Bump:
Toggle the Enable Order Bump button on. From the dropdown menu, select the product you want to offer as an order bump.📣 Heads Up!
Order Bumps can only be Digital Downloads, Communities, or Courses.
The order bump product must be paid (at least $0.50).
If the bump is a Community or Course, it must be a one-time payment—subscription products cannot be used for order bumps!
Publish Your Changes:
Click Publish and watch as your sales increase by approximately 30%! 🎉
How to Offer an Order Bump at a Discounted Price
If you'd like to offer your order bump at a discounted price, here’s how to do it:
Duplicate the Product:
Go to My Hub, find the product you want to offer as an order bump, and click the three dots next to it. Select Duplicate Product.Make the Duplicated Product a Landing Page:
Once duplicated, click the three dots next to the new product and select Make Landing Page.Edit the Landing Page:
Go to the Landing Pages tab, find the duplicated product, and edit it. Scroll to the Set Price section and apply your discounted price there.Add the Discounted Order Bump:
Go back to the original product, select the duplicated product you just created, and add it as your order bump. This allows you to offer a discounted product without changing the original product price in your Hub.
🚨 Please Note!
Order bumps must be paid products—you can’t use free products for order bumps.
Order bumps are available only for Digital Downloads, Communities, or Courses.
Order bumps are not supported in Funnels or Affiliate Share features.
