To protect your content from piracy and unauthorized sharing, WithMe.so operates as a closed ecosystem. Content is never delivered as open links or email attachments.

Members can access their purchases through:

  • The WithMe.so Web App

  • The WithMe.so Mobile App (iOS and Android)

This ensures your content stays protected while still being easy for members to access anytime.


How Customers Access Their Purchase

After completing a purchase, customers can access their product through:

  • The WithMe Web App (via browser)

  • The WithMe Mobile App (iOS & Android)

They can choose whichever option they prefer.

Content is not sent as email attachments or public download links. Instead, it is securely stored inside their account.


What Happens After Purchase

Once payment is successful:

  • A confirmation email is sent

  • Access is automatically granted

  • The product appears inside their hub when they log in

  • App download links are included in email communications

Customers must log in using the same email and sign-in method used during purchase.


Streaming vs Downloading

By default, products are accessible inside the web or mobile app.

If you have enabled downloads for that product:

  • A Download button will appear.

If downloads are disabled:

  • The content remains view-only inside the platform.

  • No Download button will be shown.
