How do I access a membership I purchased from a creator?

Having trouble accessing a membership you purchased from a Creator on WithMe? This article is for members and explains how to log in and access membership content on web and the app.

You can access a purchased membership by logging into your WithMe account using the same login method you used during purchase. Once logged in, you’ll land directly on the creator’s hub where all your membership content is available.


Step-by-step: Access your purchased membership

  1. Log in using the same login method used at the time of purchase (email/password, Google, or Apple).

  2. After logging in, you’ll land directly on the creator’s hub.

  3. Follow the steps below based on what you see on your screen.


If you’re using the WithMe app or see tabs on the creator’s page

  1. You’ll land on the Collection tab (of Memberships) by default.

  2. Scroll down to view all membership post collections.

  3. Membership Posts are shown in descending order, with the newest posts at the top (It's generally the first tab you'll see on the creator's hub)

  4. To explore organised content, tap the Collections tab next to Membership.

    • Collections are folders created by the creator to organise posts by topic or subject.

  5. Open any post or collection to start consuming the membership content.

Tip:

  • Use Membership posts to keep up with the latest updates.

  • Use Collections if you’re starting from the beginning or want topic-wise learning.


If you’re on the web and see all offerings listed on one page

  1. Scroll through the page to find the membership product.

  2. Your purchased membership will have a green “Purchased” tag.

  3. Click on the membership product.

  4. You’ll be taken inside the membership where all posts are visible.
