Hi there! In this walkthrough, I’ll guide you through your Creator Dashboard step by step, so you know exactly where to find each tool and how to get your platform up and running.
Left-Hand Menu Overview
We’ll start with HOME. For new users, this is your launchpad. It shows your personalized Platform Launch Checklist—a step-by-step guide to going live.
If you scroll down, you'll see a button to book a 1:1 onboarding call with us. Next to it, a few other offerings you can explore, and finally, a setup article, which is a roadmap to getting your platform fully set up in 15 to 30 minutes.
Next is MY PLATFORM—think of this as your kitchen, where you'll cook up all your amazing content.
The PAYOUT tab is where you manage your earnings. You can track your balance, update your payment information using the Edit Account Details button, set your payout frequency, or withdraw your earnings instantly.
The INSIGHTS tab is your stats hub. Here, you can analyze your content performance with graphs for monthly revenue, memberships, and content views. Detailed stats on income, revenue, and fees are presented in clear charts and pie graphs, making it easy to see your platform’s performance at a glance.
The CUSTOMERS tab shows a list of everyone who has joined your platform, along with their status and details.
Finally, MORE contains powerful optional services. We’ll cover these later in the video. Everything is designed to be simple, intuitive, and all in one place.
Build Your Profile
Head to My Platform and click the edit icon next to your username. Upload a profile picture—or grab one from our Unsplash library for a polished look.
Add your username and craft a short bio that tells your story—who you are, what you do, and why people should follow you. You can even track changes in the mobile review section to preview how your profile looks.
Drop in your website or social links if you want everything in one place. Once you’re happy, hit Save.
Edit Design
Go to Edit Design.
Select a Hub theme—either Storefront or Hub. Choose your brand colors for buttons and a font that matches your style. Consistent branding builds trust, so save your changes to make your platform look professional.
You can even replace the WithMe logo with your own by going to More → Branding → Branding in the left-hand menu.
Create Content
Now, let’s start building!
To create a product, go to My Hub. For new users, you’ll only see your name and the +Add Product button. Click it and select a product type.
Memberships: Enter the name, price, and benefits. You can toggle monthly/annual options, offer free tiers, gift messages, and link communities. Membership tiers are hierarchical—higher tiers get access to everything in lower ones. You can create up to 3 paid and 1 free tier.
To add content to a membership, go to My Hub → Memberships → New Membership Post, follow the prompts, and publish.
Courses
Click +Add Product → App Product → Course. Enter the course name, thumbnail, and price (or set free).
To upload lessons:
Click Add Lesson
Select media type, title, description, category, and schedule if needed.
Hit Post
Set community access for the course, then Publish Course. You can add more lessons later via My Hub → Courses → Upload Content.
Digital Products
Setup is similar to courses but simpler since it’s a single product.
Communities
1.)Click Communities from the product type page. Set a name and description.
2.)Choose:
Free
Paid (monthly, annual, or one-time)
Bundle (link to one or more products, with optional standalone price)
3.)Hit Create New Community.
Promo Codes & Referrals
Go to More → Promo Codes → Create Your First Promo Code. Enter a code or generate one, set the discount, duration, and redemption limit, then create.
For referrals: More → Refer → Create Referral Link. Share it to earn 20% of subscription revenue as passive income.
