You can delete a membership tier at any time. The steps are the same across themes—the only difference is how membership tiers are displayed.
This guide walks you through the process, starting with the Storefront theme, followed by a note for Hub/App theme users.
Deleting a Subscription Tier (Storefront Theme)
Follow these steps to remove a membership tier from your Hub.
Step 1: Log In
Go to withme.so and log in to your dashboard.
Step 2: Go to "My Hub" page
From the left-hand menu, click on My Hub
Step 3: Delete the Membership Tier
Locate the membership tier you want to delete
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on that tier
Select Delete
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
Confirm the action when prompted
✨ The membership tier is now deleted.
Using the Hub / App Theme (Layout Difference Only)
If you’re using the Hub or App theme, the deletion process is the same—but the layout looks slightly different.
What’s Different
Products are listed under dedicated category tabs, not as tiles
Members see a Membership section header, under which all membership tiers are listed
How to Delete a Tier
Go to My Hub
Find the Membership section
Locate the tier you want to delete
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on that tier
Select Delete and confirm
✅ The membership tier is deleted.
⚠️ Things to Keep in Mind
Deleting a tier cannot be undone
Existing subscribers will lose access immediately
Content available only in that tier will no longer be accessible
