Going live on WithMe is a powerful way to connect with your audience in real time. Whether it’s a coaching session, a workshop, or an exclusive event, you can broadcast to all your members while keeping things organized.
💡 Key Point: Live is a media type, not a product type. You can add live streams inside:
📦 membership Tier
🎓 Course
🛒 Standalone Digital Product
Just post the content like you normally do and select “Live” in the Add Media section.
🎥 Going Live Through Different Product Types
1️⃣ Live in a Membership
Membership are flexible and versatile. You can target a specific tier and even upload the recording to a different tier for later viewing.
Steps:
Go to My Hub → Membership tab → click + Add Membership Post.
In Add Media, select 🎥 Go Live and add Thumbnail.
Add Title, Description, and hit Next.
Select Category.
Configure Tier Settings:
Live Tier: Who can join live
Recording Tier: Who can watch the recording
⚡ Tip: Higher tiers can access content from lower tiers, but not vice versa.
Optional: Add the post to a Collection to keep things organized by creating them based on tier, media type, or topic. Hit Next

🎓 Include in a Course: Share this live in a course
⏰ Schedule: Set date & time or go live instantly
Click Publish to go live. ✅
💡 Note: Hosting live sessions in membership is the most flexible way to share content across courses or as a digital product.
2️⃣ Live Inside a Course
You can add live sessions to either a new course or an existing one.
Steps:
Go to My Hub.
Find the course where you want to add the live lesson.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the course card.
Select Edit Course Content.
This will open the Course tab, where you can manage and add lessons.
How the course opens may vary depending on your setup:
Storefront view: Click Edit Course Content from the three-dot menu.
App theme: Click directly on the course card from the My Hub page to open the Course tab.
Note: This option is only visible if you already have courses published on the WithMe Creator Hub.
If it's your first course: Follow the steps in this help article to create one first: "Courses"
Upload live as a Lesson in the course
Select the course → click + Upload Content.
In Add Media, choose 🎥 Live Stream, add Title, Description, and Thumbnail.
Click Next → set Chapter you want to put the live lesson in and Schedule the post for a later date (optional).
Click Setup to go live (if no schedule is set) Or it'll get scheduled for the set date and time to go live. ✅
3️⃣ Live as a Digital Product
Live can be hosted natively and can be sold as a standalone digital product.
Steps:
Go to My Hub → "+Add Product" → Digital Product (Storefront Theme)
Go to My Hub → Digital Product → + Create Digital Product. (App theme)

In Media Type, select 🎥 Go Live, add Thumbnail → click Next.
Select a date and time in the scheduler to set it for a later date and Click Publish to go live instantly (if no schedule is set)
