Had a payment hiccup and lost access to your plan? Don't worry β we've got you! Getting back on track is simple. This guide covers the resubscribe flow and how proration works if you were on a higher AI credit allocation. π
π Step 1: Resubscribe via Your Settings
After a failed payment, your subscription may be cancelled automatically. Here's how to start your resubscription:

The Resubscribe button will place you on the base $29/month plan (25 AI credits/month) by default. That's the full platform β every feature included, 0% commission on every sale. If you were on a higher AI credit allocation before, you'll upgrade in the next step. β
β¬οΈ Step 2: Upgrade to a Higher AI Credit Allocation (Optional)
If you need more AI Visitor Agent credits than the 25/month included in the base plan, you can upgrade in a couple of clicks:
Head to Settings β Billing
Click on Change Plan
Pick your AI credit allocation (25, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, or 5,000 credits/month)
Confirm the upgrade
Your hub, content, community, and all your settings will be right where you left them. π

The platform is the same at every tier β the only thing that changes is how many AI Visitor Agent conversations you can run each month:
25 credits β Β£29/month (default)
100 credits β Β£49/month
250 credits β Β£79/month
500 credits β Β£109/month
1,000 credits β Β£179/month
2,500 credits β Β£349/month
5,000 credits β Β£599/month
π‘ Most creators never need to go above 25 credits β only scale up when your traffic grows.
π° How Proration Works (So You're Never Overcharged)
When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, WithMe uses proration β meaning you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. Here's what that looks like:
Day you resubscribe: You're charged Β£29 for the base plan (25 credits/month)
Day you upgrade: You're charged the prorated difference between the Β£29 plan and your chosen plan for the remaining days in the cycle
Next billing date: You're charged the full amount of your upgraded plan as normal

If you resubscribe and upgrade on the same day, you may see two charges on your statement β the Β£29 base charge and the prorated upgrade. This is not a duplicate charge! It's simply the two-step billing catching up in one go. Both charges together will be less than your full plan price. π‘

I was on a legacy $99 or $249 plan β what happens?
Legacy higher-tier customers are transitioned to the new AI-credit-based structure automatically. If you were on the Β£99 plan, your new equivalent is the 500 credits at Β£109/month tier. Our support team can confirm your correct tier and apply it for you β just reach out.
Why can't I just resubscribe to my original plan directly?
The self-service billing flow currently defaults to the base plan. We know this isn't ideal and we're working on improving it! In the meantime, the quick upgrade path above gets you back to your preferred AI credit allocation in just a couple of clicks.
Will I lose my content or hub setup?
Nope! Your hub, content, community, and settings are all saved and waiting for you when you reactivate. Nothing is deleted when a payment fails. π
