🗨️ Chat With Us Directly (Fastest Way!)

The quickest way to get support is through our live chat widget — it's available right inside your WithMe dashboard and on our website.

  1. Log in to your WithMe dashboard at withme.so.

  2. Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. 💬

  3. Click the icon to open the messenger.

  4. Type your question or describe your issue, and hit Send.

Our AI assistant, Fin, will jump in first to help you find answers instantly from our Help Center. If Fin isn’t able to resolve your query, your conversation is automatically escalated to a member of our Customer Success team — no extra steps needed! 🎉

Note: If you’d like to speak to a human at any point, simply ask the AI to “escalate to human support”, and an agent will pick up your chat as soon as they’re available.

Please note that our support team may not be online at all times. If you don’t receive an immediate response, don’t worry — your chat is safely in the queue and will be answered as soon as an agent is available.
