Sal is the Sales Manager in your AI Team. Sal names people who visit your Hub, so you can follow up while they're keen. Sal has a chat of his own in your AI Team.
🧠 What Does Sal Actually Do?
When you open Sal's chat, you see:
A weekly summary, such as how many people Sal named this week and how many looked at checkout twice
Lead cards, which show your visitors ranked
Follow-up question chips you can tap to ask Sal more
You can also type your own question. Sal can answer with ranked lead cards. While Sal is working on it, the chat shows typing dots and Sal's avatar moves. On desktop, the side menu of your AI Team also shows what Sal is doing, such as checking checkout.
Most creators never knew who was browsing their Hub before. Sal fixes that. 🎯
📍 Where to Find Your Leads
On desktop, open Your AI Team from the side menu. On a phone, tap AI Team in the bottom bar.
Choose Sal.
Sal's chat opens first. You will see Sal · Sales Manager at the top.
Sal's page has a Chat and Tools switch at the top. Chat is open by default. Tools is the same visitor list, on and off switch and dashboard settings you had before, now found under Sal. This switch is the only way to reach Sal's Tools.
Sal's chat stays open in the background while you look at Tools, so you won't lose a message you were writing when you switch back.
The tab you pick is saved in the page link. A link to Sal opens Chat. Older links that pointed to Tools still open Tools.
If you are chatting with Otto and he brings in Sal, tap Open Sal's chat. Opening it does not send your question for you, so it does not use credits by itself.
🔌 Switching Sal On
When Sal is switched off, the chat tells you Sal isn't naming visitors right now. It shows the credit cost per named visitor and a Switch Sal on button.
When Sal is on but hasn't named anyone yet, the chat shows Copy your Hub link. Share your Hub link to bring in more visitors, because more visitors means more people Sal can name.
💳 Credits
If you see Credits in Billing, Sal runs on the credits your AI Team shares. Each named visitor uses 2.6 credits. Free credits are used first, and you can switch Sal off any time. If your credits run out, Sal pauses and the chat shows See your credits.
