Sometimes you want help from the WithMe team, not just an AI answer. That is what Chat with Cassie is for: our AI agent and team can help.
💬 What you see in Get help
When you open the Get help sheet, what you see depends on your account.
If you see Credits in Billing, or your account has the AI Team, you see Ask Otto as soon as the sheet opens.
Otherwise, you see Chat with Cassie.
Report a problem is the last row in the sheet.
If we can't check your access, or you have no chat left, the sheet shows Chat with Cassie instead.
If you close the sheet and open it again, it shows the same row as last time until it has finished checking your access again.
🤖 Getting to Cassie from an Otto answer
Under some of Otto's answers, you see a Chat with Cassie button. Select it to take your question to Cassie and the team.
🛠️ Reporting a problem
Something broken? Select Report a problem in the Get help sheet and tell us what happened.
Rather talk to someone? Select Chat with Cassie on the report form.
