Want your members to find exactly what they're looking for on your WithMe hub? Great news — search is available on both the web and the app! Here's everything you need to know about how search works, where to find it, and how to make sure your content is easy to discover. 🎉
🌐 Where to Find Search on the Web
When your members visit your WithMe hub on a desktop or mobile browser, the search function is accessible from the top navigation area of your hub. Members can tap or click the search icon to look for content across the product.
Members can search for Lessons, posts, and content items by name. It's a quick way for your audience to jump straight to what they need! ⚡
📱 Where to Find Search on the App
On the WithMe mobile app, search works the same way — your members can find it in the top section of your hub's home screen. Just tap the search icon and start typing!
Use filters or sorting — search returns a simple list of matches with advanced filtering options.
📝 Note:
The search experience may look slightly different between Storefront and app theme, but the core functionality is the same on both themes.
The search feature is available on the hope page on App theme and inside each product on Storefront theme.
⚠️ Current Search Limitations
We want to be upfront with you — search on WithMe is still evolving! Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Search matches by title only — it doesn't currently search inside descriptions or content bodies.
Cannot search across products on storefront theme.
No multiple attribute tagging hence cannot narrow down the search too much.

💡 Tips to Boost Discoverability for Your Members
While search continues to improve, there's plenty you can do right now to help your members find your content easily:
Use clear, descriptive titles — Since search matches on titles, make sure your product and content names are specific and descriptive. Instead of "Module 1," try "Module 1: Getting Started with Meal Prep." 🏷️
Organize with collections and tabs — Group related content into collections so members can browse by topic, even without searching.
Pin your most popular content — Feature your best-selling or most-requested items at the top of your hub so they're impossible to miss.
Share direct links — Send your members a direct link to specific products or content via email, social media, or your community. No searching required! 🔗
Your members' experience matters — and a little organization goes a long way! By naming your content clearly and keeping your hub tidy, you'll make it easy for your audience to find (and love!) everything you've built. 💪
