WithMe has two completely separate experiences built into the platform — and understanding the difference is key to testing your products and supporting your members like a pro.
1. The Creator Dashboard (That's YOU! 🎨)
The Creator Dashboard is your command centre. This is where you build products, manage your content, view analytics, set pricing, and run your creator business. You access it by logging in at withme.so with your creator account credentials.
From the Creator Dashboard, you can:
Create and edit products, courses, and memberships
Upload content and organise your library
View sales, members, and analytics
Customise your hub page and app theme
Manage payouts and settings
2. The Member View (What Your Audience Sees 👀)
When someone signs up as a member — whether that's a real customer or a test account you've created — they see your hub page. This is the public-facing, consumer side of your WithMe presence. It shows your product listings, purchased content, and your brand — but none of the creator tools.
Members see:
Your hub page with product listings and branding
Content they've purchased or have access to
Their own account and purchase history
📝 Note:
A member account can never access the Creator Dashboard — even if it's your own test account. These are completely separate login experiences!
🧪 Testing Your Products the Right Way
When you create a test user to preview your products, you're seeing exactly what your real members will see — and that's a good thing! It means your member experience is working as intended. 🙌
Here's how to test effectively:
Log in to your Creator Dashboard to build and publish your products
Open a different browser (or use an incognito/private window) to sign up as a test member
Browse your hub page and purchase a product as that test member using 100% promo code.
Verify the content, layout, and experience look the way you want
