WithMe's Coaching Call product type lets you embed a link to any external booking system directly into your hub. Your clients tap the product, and they're taken straight to your booking page. No code, no custom integrations β€” just a simple link!

A Coaching Call product is a special product type on WithMe that redirects your clients to any web address of your choice. It can be set as free, paid, or bundled with other products. You can also add a landing page to your checkout, set up affiliates, and more.

Think of it as a branded shortcut within your hubβ€”offering seamless and exclusive access to your booking link, exactly how you want your clients to experience it. It's perfect for:

πŸ› οΈ How to Set It Up

Follow these steps to connect your external booking tool:

  1. Head to "My Hub" and click + Add Products at the bottom of the page.

  2. From the product type options, select Coaching Call.

  3. Give your product a clear name β€” e.g., β€œBook a Session” or β€œSchedule a Call” πŸ“…β€‹

  4. Add a thumbnail and button text.

  5. Add a short description (200 characters) β€” this appears on your product tile, so keep it concise.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Add Landing Page Media (only for paid products)

    • If the product is free, this step won’t appear, as users will be redirected directly to the booking link.

  8. Add a detailed description(1000 characters) β€” this will appear below the landing page media on the checkout page.

  9. Choose your Access Type: Paid, Free, or Bundle.

  10. Add your booking link

    • Paste your scheduling URL (e.g., Google Meet, Calendly, Zoom, Cal.com).

  11. Click Next.

  12. In Optional Settings:

    • If paid, you can enable Affiliate Sharing so others can promote your product and earn a commission.

    • Use Included Products to bundle this with other free or paid products.

  13. You can save as Draft anytime if you want to complete setup later.

  14. Once ready, click Publish to make it live πŸš€


🌟 What Your Clients Will See

Once published, the product appears on your hub like any other product. The user journey varies slightly for paid and free coaching calls:

  • For paid products:
    Clients land on your product page β†’ complete payment β†’ are instantly redirected to your booking link.

  • For free products:
    Clients skip the landing page entirely and are redirected straight to your booking link.


Note:
If you selected Free, you won’t see the β€œAdd Landing Page Media” step during setup, as it’s not required in that flow.
