Offering 1:1 coaching is one of the most powerful ways to monetize your expertise β and with WithMe + Calendly, setting up a seamless booking flow for your clients is easier than you think! π
If you've used platforms like Stan Store before, you might be wondering how coaching bookings work on WithMe. Don't worry β we've got you! This guide walks you through the entire process, from creating your Calendly link to your client booking their first session.
π How It Works: The Full Booking Flow
Here's the big picture of how coaching bookings work on WithMe:
You create a Calendly event with your availability and Zoom integration
You add your Calendly link to your WithMe coaching product
Your client purchases or accesses your coaching product on your WithMe hub
Your client clicks the booking link and picks a time on your Calendly calendar
Both of you receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link π―
Simple, right? No juggling 5 different tools. Just one smooth experience for you and your clients.
Step 1: Set Up Your Calendly Event ποΈ
If you don't have a Calendly account yet, head to calendly.com and sign up β the free plan works great to get started!
Log in to Calendly and click + Create to make a new event type
Choose your event format (e.g., "One-on-One" for coaching calls)
Set your event name β something like "1:1 Coaching Call with [Your Name]"
Set your duration (30 min, 60 min, etc.) and availability windows
Under Location, select Zoom so a meeting link is automatically generated for each booking
Click Save & Close

π Note:
Make sure your Zoom account is connected to Calendly under Integrations. This ensures every booking automatically includes a Zoom link β no manual setup needed!
Step 2: Add Your Calendly Link to Your WithMe Coaching Product π
Now let's connect that Calendly event to your WithMe hub so clients can actually book with you!
Copy your Calendly event link (e.g.,
calendly.com/yourname/coaching-call)Log in to your WithMe dashboard and navigate to your coaching product
In the product settings, find the Outside Links or Tab Sections area
Add a new link and paste your Calendly URL
Give it a clear label like "Book Your Coaching Session" β¨
Save your changes

Step 3: What Your Client Sees π
Here's the experience from your client's perspective β because a smooth client experience means happy clients and repeat bookings!
Your client visits your WithMe hub and opens your coaching product
They see the "Book Your Coaching Session" link you added
Clicking it opens your Calendly page where they pick a date and time that works for them
They enter their details and confirm the booking
Both you and your client receive a confirmation email with all the details β including the Zoom link π
That's it! Your client never needs to leave the flow, send you a DM, or figure out time zones manually. Calendly handles all of that for you. πͺ
π‘Why External tool?
Because you get the full power of Calendly β custom availability rules, buffer times between calls, automated reminders, Zoom integration, and more. Your time and advice are valuable. With WithMe, they stay that way. π
β
π Note:
You're not limited to Calendly! You can use any scheduling tool (Cal.com, Acuity, TidyCal, etc.) β just paste the booking link into your WithMe product the same way.
