This guide walks you through the entire process, from creating your Calendly link to your client booking their first session.
🔄 How It Works: The Full Booking Flow
You create a Calendly event with your availability and Zoom integration
You add your Calendly link to your WithMe coaching product
Your client purchases or accesses your coaching product on your WithMe hub
Your client clicks the booking link and picks a time on your Calendly calendar
Both of you receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link 🎯
Step 1: Set Up Your Calendly Event 🗓️
If you don't have a Calendly account yet, head to calendly.com and sign up — the free plan works great to get started!
Log in to Calendly and click + Create to make a new event type
Choose your event format (e.g., "One-on-One" for coaching calls)
Set your event name — something like "1:1 Coaching Call with [Your Name]"
Set your duration (30 min, 60 min, etc.) and availability windows
Under Location, select Zoom so a meeting link is automatically generated for each booking
Click Save & Close
📝 Note: Make sure your Zoom account is connected to Calendly under Integrations. This ensures every booking automatically includes a Zoom link!
Step 2: Add Your Calendly Link to Your WithMe Coaching Product 🔗
Copy your Calendly event link
Log in to your WithMe dashboard and go to My Hub
Click + Add Product and select Coaching Call
Add your title, thumbnail, and description
Paste your Calendly URL in the booking link field
Set up your landing page, pricing, and publish! ✨
Step 3: What Your Client Sees 👀
Your client visits your WithMe hub and opens your coaching product
They see the booking link you added
Clicking it opens your Calendly page where they pick a date and time
They enter their details and confirm the booking
