π§ How to Schedule Emails Using Email Sequences
Want to send perfectly timed emails to your audience without lifting a finger? WithMe's Email Sequences let you schedule and automate emails using time-based triggers β so your messages land in inboxes exactly when you want them to! π―
π€ What Are Email Sequences?
Email Sequences are automated email sequences that send messages to your members based on specific triggers and time delays. Think of them as your personal email assistant β you set the schedule once, and WithMe handles the rest!
You can use sequences to:
Welcome new members with a drip series π
Send scheduled follow-ups after a purchase
Nurture leads with timed content drops
Re-engage members who haven't visited in a while
π οΈ How to Create a Scheduled Email Sequence
Setting up your first scheduled sequence is quick and easy!
Head to your WithMe Dashboard and click on Email Sequences in the left sidebar.
Click Create New Sequence to start building your flow.
Give your sequence a name (e.g., "Welcome Series" or "Post-Purchase Follow-Up").
Choose your trigger β this is what kicks off the sequence (e.g., a new member signs up, someone purchases a product, etc.).
Click Add Email to create your first message in the sequence.
β° Setting Your Time Delays
This is where the scheduling magic happens! β¨ Between each email in your sequence, you can set a time delay to control exactly when the next message goes out.
After adding an email, click the delay step between messages.
Set your preferred delay β choose from minutes, hours, or days.
Repeat for each email in your sequence to build out your full schedule.
π‘ Pro Tip: For welcome sequences, try spacing emails 1β2 days apart. This keeps your new members engaged without overwhelming their inbox!
π Activate and Monitor Your Sequence
Once you're happy with your emails and timing, hit Activate to set your sequence live! You can monitor performance right from the Email Sequences dashboard β track open rates, click-throughs, and more. π
You can pause, edit, or duplicate any sequence at any time β so don't be afraid to experiment and find what works best for your audience! π
π‘ Pro Tip: Duplicate a high-performing sequence and tweak the timing or content to A/B test different approaches!
