Want to send perfectly timed emails to your audience without lifting a finger? WithMe's Email Sequences let you schedule and automate emails using time-based triggers β€” so your messages land in inboxes exactly when you want them to! 🎯

πŸ€” What Are Email Sequences?

Email Sequences are automated email sequences that send messages to your members based on specific triggers and time delays. Think of them as your personal email assistant β€” you set the schedule once, and WithMe handles the rest!

You can use sequences to:

  • Welcome new members with a drip series πŸ‘‹

  • Send scheduled follow-ups after a purchase

  • Nurture leads with timed content drops

  • Re-engage members who haven't visited in a while

⏰ Setting Your Time Delays

This is where the scheduling magic happens! ✨ Between each email in your sequence, you can set a time delay to control exactly when the next message goes out.

  1. After adding an email, click the delay step between messages.

  2. Set your preferred delay β€” choose from minutes, hours, or days.

  3. Repeat for each email in your sequence to build out your full schedule.
