💡What Is an Unpublished Product Delivery Strategy?
Want to offer a special bonus or sell an exclusive digital product without showing it publicly on your storefront? While WithMe displays published items on your main page by default, there is a powerful way to deliver hidden content directly to your buyers.
By combining an Unpublished digital product with an automated Email Sequence, you can securely send a direct access link to your customers immediately after they make a purchase.
📦 Step 1: Create Your Products as Unpublished
Each piece of drip content (such as Week 1, Week 2, or Week 3) should be built as its own digital product, but kept unpublished so it remains hidden from your public storefront storefront.
Navigate to My Hub using your left sidebar.
Click + Add Product and create a new digital product for your first content drop (e.g., "Module 1: Getting Started"). Add your videos, PDFs, or files inside.
Once saved, click the three-dot menu on the right side of the product block line item.
Select Unpublished from the dropdown menu to hide it from your public page view.
Click that same three-dot menu again and select Copy landing page link. Save this URL somewhere handy, as you will need it for your email sequence.
✉️ Step 2: Build Your Automated Email Sequence
Now that your hidden content pages are ready and you have copied their secret links, you can set up the automated delivery schedule.
Navigate to Email Marketing using your left sidebar.
Ensure you are on the Sequences tab and click the blue Create New Sequence button in the top right corner.
Name: Give your sequence an internal name (e.g., "30-Day Video Mastery Sequence") and click Next.
Trigger: Click the Trigger Type dropdown menu and select After Purchase. Click Next.
Products: Select the main baseline product that users buy to enter your program (such as your main membership tier or master course), then click Next.
⏱️ Step 3: Schedule and Write Your Drip Drops
This is where you determine exactly when your hidden modules unlock for your subscribers.
Inside the email creation step, look at the Send Timing card block. Set your delay time under Send after to 0 Minutes so your first email sends immediately after checkout.
In the text editor workspace below the subject line, write your delivery email. Highlight your call-to-action text (like "Click here to access your product"), click the link icon in the text toolbar, and paste the unique landing page link you copied during Step 1.
Once your email content is complete, click the white Save email button in the bottom-right corner of the workspace pane.
To turn this into a multi-part sequence, look at your automated timeline view and click the blue + Add Email button. Repeat the editing process for your next email drops, setting their Send after delays to your preferred tracking schedule (such as 7 Days or 14 Days).
Once all your individual delivery emails are added and saved, look at the top-right corner of the builder and click the blue Review button. This opens a single validation summary page where you can audit your timing strings, subject lines, and trigger settings all in one go before publishing.

Reviewing your entire sequence on a single page ensures that all links are properly aligned with your target products before you flip the switch to make it active for incoming buyers.
