📊 Email Sequences & Broadcast Analytics on WithMe

Track how your emails are performing—and learn what’s working with your audience.

WithMe gives you simple, powerful tools to see how your Email Sequences and Broadcasts are doing. Whether you're nurturing a welcome series or sending a one-time announcement, the analytics dashboard helps you understand what’s resonating with your community.

🔁 Email Sequences Analytics

Want to check in on an automated flow you’ve set up? Here’s how:

  1. Head to the Email Sequences tab.

(Tip: If you don’t see it in the left-hand menu, click on + More.)

  2. Click on any flow to dive into the details.

  3. You’ll see:

    • How many emails have been sent

    • Open rate (who’s opening your emails)

    • Click rate (who’s clicking on your links)

💡 Next to the name of your flow, you’ll also see the number of customers currently in that flow.

Want to see exactly who got your emails and what they did? Click into the flow to view the full list of recipients and their status—whether they opened, clicked, or didn’t engage yet.

📢 Broadcast Analytics

Broadcasts are one-time emails—great for announcements, event drops, or time-sensitive updates.

To check how a broadcast performed:

  1. Go to the Email Sequences tab

  2. Click on the Broadcasts tab at the top

  3. You’ll see:

    • Total emails sent

    • Open rate (what % opened it)

    • Click rate (what % clicked inside the email)

    • Status of the email (e.g. sent, scheduled, or failed)

Want a deeper look?
Click the three dots (•••) next to the broadcast and select View Recipients to see who got the email and how they interacted with it.

Why It Matters

Your analytics tell the story of how your content is landing. High opens and clicks? You’re connecting. Low numbers? It might be time to tweak your subject line, CTA, or timing. WithMe makes it easy to test and improve.
