📋 What Are Confirmation & Automated Emails?
Every time someone purchases your content, signs up for a membership, or takes an action on your hub, WithMe sends them an email automatically. These include:
Purchase confirmations — sent immediately after a successful transaction
Welcome emails — greeting new members or customers
Automated marketing emails — scheduled sequences you set up to nurture your audience
On every plan, your customers will receive these emails — but how much you can edit and automate them depends on your tier. 👇
🆓 Free & Starter Plans — View-Only Emails
On the Free and Starter plans, confirmation emails are sent automatically using WithMe's default templates. You can preview what these emails look like, but you can't edit the content, styling, or subject lines.
💡 Pro Tip: Even on the Free plan, your branding (logo and hub name) will appear in these emails — so make sure your branding is set up under Settings!
