🔄 What changes on metered agent credits
If you're on metered agent credits, a Hub invoice no longer switches Sal on for you automatically.
That means getting an invoice through your Hub won't turn Sal on by itself anymore. Whether Sal is active now depends on its own switch, not your billing.
✅ Who keeps Sal and who needs to opt in
On metered credits, if you already have Sal switched on, you keep it on. Nothing changes for you.
If you have Sal switched off, you can opt in yourself at any time using Sal's own switch.
💳 How credits are used
Each identified visitor that Sal processes costs 2.6 agent credits.
Keep this in mind when deciding whether to opt in, since your usage will draw down your metered agent credits based on how many identified visitors Sal handles.
♾️ If you're on the AI Team unlimited plan
If you're on the AI Team unlimited plan, Sal is still switched on automatically at renewal.
This automatic switch-on only applies to the AI Team unlimited plan. It doesn't apply if you're on metered agent credits.
