The Sales Agent is part of the optional AI Team subscription, billed separately from your Hub. The current team uses a flat subscription with fair use; identifying and revealing leads does not spend credits.

When someone lands on your hub, the AI Sales Agent works in the background to:

Identify who they are (where that's possible from signals they've shared)

Track which pages and products they're browsing

Score how high-intent they look

Surface them to you as a lead — with name, contact info, and context — so you can follow up

📍 Where to find your leads: Identified leads appear under the Sales Agent tab in your dashboard — not the Customers tab. The Insights page shows a leads count as a metric only; to see the actual people, go to the Sales Agent tab.

Open Your AI Team from your creator menu to review your subscription and billing options. When enabled, your Sales Agent runs while the team subscription is live; overdue payment pauses access.
