Do I need credits for my AI team?
If you see Credits in Billing, your AI team runs on credits. Dez, Sal, Margo and Otto share the same credits.
Do I get free credits?
Yes. You get 5 free credits a day, capped at 30 a month. They reset every day and do not roll over. Free credits are used first. If you are on a free trial, you get 60 credits up front.
What does each AI agent cost?
Dez: putting a landing page live costs 10 credits, once. Changes after that cost about 1 credit. The 10 credit price applies from 30 October 2026. Before then, it costs 40 credits.
Margo: 2 credits for each post published.
Sal: 2.6 credits for each visitor revealed.
Otto: each question uses a fraction of a credit.
How do I buy credits, and what do they cost?
AI credits start at the Credits 100 plan, £25 or $25 a month. That plan gives you 100 credits a month. Bigger plans give you more credits. See all the plans and prices. You see the price in Billing before you pay.
What does 100 credits get me?
About 10 landing pages live with Dez, or 50 posts published by Margo.
Is my AI team included in my Hub subscription?
No. Your Hub subscription covers your store and products. AI credits are separate.
What about credits I bought before?
Message us from the chat bubble with your billing details. We will help with an earlier credit balance or purchase. If you want a refund, ask us to review your payment.
