📧 How to Manually Add Individual Email Contacts for Marketing
Want to add a single email contact to your marketing list without hunting through menus? You're in the right place! This guide covers the quickest way to get an individual contact onto your list so you can start emailing them right away. 🎉
🗂️ Where Your Contacts Live
Your email contacts are managed from your Creator Dashboard — look for a tab labelled Customers in the left-hand sidebar. This is your central hub for viewing and managing everyone on your list — whether they signed up organically, were imported via CSV, or were added by you.
✅ Adding a Single Contact
The most reliable way to add an individual email contact is to simply use the "Add Customer" button.
💡 Pro Tip: If you only have an email address and no name, that's fine — just leave the name column blank. The email address is the only required field.
💬 Can't Find the Import Option?
The WithMe dashboard is regularly updated, so buttons and labels may move around. If you can't locate an import option on your Customers page, message us directly using the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard. Our team can either walk you through the current layout or add the contact to your list on your behalf — just share the email address and name you'd like added. We're happy to help! 😊
📨 Sending Emails to Your New Contact
Once your contact is added, you can reach them through your email marketing tools:
Head to the Email Marketing section in your Creator Dashboard (typically found in the left-hand sidebar or top navigation).
Look for the option to create a new Broadcast or add them to an existing Email Flow.
Your manually added contacts will appear alongside all your other subscribers when selecting recipients. 🎯
Contacts you add this way can receive your email broadcasts straight away — no confirmation step needed on their end.
