Want your emails to feel like a one-to-one message instead of a broadcast? Use the Personalize button in the email editor toolbar to drop in tokens that fill in automatically when each email is sent. This works for both campaigns and flows.
Available personalization tokens:
{{my_username}}— your WithMe username{{my_name}}— your name{{customer_name}}— the recipient's name{{product_name}}— the name of a product you're referencing
Need to point subscribers to something you sell? Click the product link tool in the toolbar to open the product search modal, find the product you want to promote, and the editor will insert a link to it for you — no copying and pasting URLs.
