Can't log in to your WithMe account? Or maybe you tried to log in and saw a wall of confusing code or text on your screen? Don't worry — this is almost always a simple URL issue, and we'll get you sorted in under a minute! 🚀

There's only one place to log in to WithMe:

Type it directly into your browser's address bar (the long box at the top of your browser window) and hit Enter. You'll land on the proper login page where you can enter your email and password.

If your screen is filled with curly braces, brackets, and text that looks like {"error":"unauthorized"} — no logo, no buttons, no input fields, just raw text on a plain white background — you've accidentally landed on one of our API endpoints instead of the login page. APIs are the technical plumbing our app uses behind the scenes — they're not designed for humans to read.

Here's how to fix it in three quick steps:

1. Close the tab. Whatever URL you're on, it's not the right one.

2. Delete any bookmarks pointing to addresses like api.withme.so — those are for developers, not creators logging in.

3. Open a fresh tab and type www.withme.so/login into the address bar.

Nine times out of ten, one of these is the culprit:

• Old bookmark — you saved a link from an email or earlier session that pointed to the API.

• Browser autofill — your browser remembered the wrong URL and suggested it.

• Mistyped URL — easy to do, especially on mobile.

• Outdated search result — sometimes Google or another search engine returns an old link.

If you're on www.withme.so/login but still hitting trouble, try these in order:

1. Clear your browser cache — old session data can get stuck.

2. Try an incognito or private window — this rules out extensions or cached data.

3. Try a different browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge all work fine.

4. Check your internet connection — a flaky network can show odd errors.

If you remember your email but not your password, look for the small Forgot password? link sitting directly underneath the password field on the login page (just above the main sign-in button). Click it, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link — check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
