π Troubleshooting Login Issues on WithMe
Having trouble logging into your WithMe account? Don't worry β most login hiccups have a quick fix! Let's walk through the most common issues and get you back in. π
β Step 1: Make Sure You're Using the Right Login Page
The creator login page is separate from your public Hub. Head to app.withme.so and click Log In in the top-right corner. If you've bookmarked an old link or are landing on your Hub's public page, you won't see a login form β so double-check the URL first!
π Step 2: Check You're Using the Right Email Address
Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used when you signed up for WithMe. It's easy to accidentally try a different email β especially if you have more than one. If you're not sure which email is linked to your account, check your inbox for the original WithMe welcome email to confirm.
π Step 3: Reset Your Password
If your email is correct but your password isn't working, resetting it takes less than a minute. On the login page at app.withme.so, you'll see a "Forgot your password?" link sitting just below the password field. Here's the full flow:
Go to app.withme.so and click Log In
Click the "Forgot your password?" link below the password field
Enter the email address linked to your WithMe account
Check your inbox for the password reset email
Click the reset link in the email
Set a new password and log in

Sometimes a browser extension, outdated settings, or stored data can interfere with the login page. A quick way to rule this out is to open an incognito (Chrome) or private (Safari/Firefox) window and try logging in there. If that works, the issue is likely a browser extension or cached data β see the next step.
You can also try a completely different browser (e.g. switch from Safari to Chrome or vice versa) to see if the problem is browser-specific.

Old cached data can sometimes cause login pages to behave unexpectedly. Clearing your cache and cookies for app.withme.so often fixes things straight away. In most browsers you'll find this under Settings β Privacy β Clear browsing data. Here's the general process:
Open your browser's Settings or Preferences
Find the Privacy or Clear browsing data section
Select Cookies and Cached images and files
Clear the data, then close and reopen your browser
Go back to app.withme.so and try logging in again
