Getting Started on WithMe: Members Guide & FAQs

New to WithMe or just joined a Creator’s hub? This article is for members and walks you through everything you need to get started—how to log in, access content, use the web/app, understand how access works, Steps to reset password and troubleshoot issues

If you’ve just joined a creator on WithMe—whether for a membership, course, community, or digital product—you’re in the right place.

Everything on WithMe is tied to your account, not your phone or browser. Once you know how access works, everything becomes very straightforward.


Logging in (this part matters)

  1. Go to https://withme.so/login or open the WithMe app.

  2. Log in using the same method you used when you signed up or purchased:

    • Email + password

    • Google

    • Apple

Access is linked to your account, not your device.
If the login method doesn’t match, your content won’t appear.

Once logged in, you’ll land directly on the creator’s hub, where you’ll see all the products and content the creator offers on thier Hub, along with the unlocked version of the one's you've purchased.


Accessing what you’ve purchased

From the creator’s hub, you can access everything you’ve purchased from that creator.

Use the relevant guide based on what you joined:

  • Memberships – ongoing posts and updates. Learn More

  • Courses – structured learning content. Learn More

  • Communities – discussions and shared content. Learn More

  • Digital products – e-books, guides, videos, planners, and more. Learn More

Each product type has its own step-by-step guide to help you access it easily.


Want easier access on your phone?

You can use WithMe on the web or the app.

The app is simply there if you want:

  • Faster access on your phone

  • Easier browsing of posts and collections

  • A smoother experience for memberships and communities

Planning to make more purchases?

If you’re planning to buy another course, membership, or add-on from a creator’s hub:

  • We suggest making purchases on the web version

  • App purchases may include Apple App Store fees.

Once purchased, you can access everything on both web and app.


Common questions & quick fixes

“I had access earlier, but now I don’t see it”

This usually means you’ve been logged out, which can happen after app updates or session refreshes.

What to do:
Log back in using the same login method.
Your access hasn’t been removed—it’s just tied to your account.


Can’t see content you purchased?

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account and login method

  • Access is tied to your account, not your device

  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in


Seeing a 503 error?

  • Refresh the page

  • This is usually temporary and not a bug


How long does access last?

Here’s how access works on WithMe:

  • Memberships

    • Recurring and access-based

    • Access ends when the membership is cancelled and the billing period finishes

  • Courses & digital products

    • One-time purchase

    • Lifetime access, even if you cancel a membership later


How To Reset Your Password

  1. Click on your username on the top right corner

  2. Click on "Settings"

  3. Go to "Profile" Tab and click on "Update Password"

  4. Type-in the current and new passwords respectively and hit "Update Password" button.

  5. Voila your password is now updated. You can use this to change your login method from "log-in using Google, or Apple" to Email + Password.

  6. In case you do not remember your current password at all, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen instead.

  7. Contact Support if none of the methods mentioned above work.(Contact method mentioned below)

Creators also have full authority to moderate their spaces, including removing content or members if guidelines are violated.
