Overview
Your Library is a dedicated tab inside your Community product. It allows you to bundle other products you have created, such as courses or coaching sessions, and offer them directly to your community members. When you create a new course, it will not automatically appear in your community. You need to link it manually. This guide shows you how to manage the products displayed inside your Community Library.
How to Add Products to Your Community Library
Open your Community product from your main dashboard.
Navigate to the Library tab using the left sidebar menu inside the community space.
Click the Add a Product button in the center of the page.
A selection menu will appear showing your available products. Click the Add button next to any course, coaching program, or digital product you want to bundle into this community.
Repeat this process for each product you want your community members to access. Any product you add here will be instantly available to the members of that specific community.
💡 Pro Tip: Only published products will appear in your selection list. If you are looking for a course and cannot find it, make sure it is published in your main product dashboard first.
How to Remove Products from Your Community Library
If you need to hide or unbundle a product from your community, you can easily do this by adjusting the product checkboxes in your settings.
Open your Community and click the Library tab.
Click the Add button. This will route you directly to the Additional Settings page for your community.
Under the list of available products, simply uncheck the box next to the product you want to remove.
Click Save Community button to apply your changes.
Troubleshooting
If a product isn't appearing for your members after you have added it, check the following:
Is the product published? Draft or unpublished courses will not show in your library even after adding them.
Are you in the right community? If you run multiple communities, double-check that you added the product to the correct Community Library.
