π Why Can't Visitors See My Community on My Hub?
You've created an amazing community β but when you check your hub, it's nowhere to be found. Don't worry β we've got you! This is one of the most common questions we get, and it's almost always a quick fix.
Let's walk through exactly how community visibility works on your public hub, and how to make sure prospective members can find (and join!) your community.
π How Community Visibility Works on Your Hub
Here's the key thing to know: communities absolutely show up on your public hub as purchasable products β visitors do NOT need to be logged in or have existing access to see them. If someone visits your hub link, your community should appear right there alongside your other products.
So if it's not showing up, something else is going on. Let's troubleshoot! π
β Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Checklist
1. Make Sure Your Community Is Published
The most common reason a community doesn't appear on your hub is that it hasn't been published yet. An unpublished community is invisible to everyone except you.
Go to your WithMe dashboard -> My Hub
Find the community in question
Check that the status is set to Published (Should not appear greyed out)
β
2. Check That It's Not Set to "Bundled Only"
If your community is bundled inside another product (like a course or membership), it might be configured to only appear as part of that bundle β not as a standalone product on your hub.
Open your community settings
Look for any bundle or visibility restrictions
Make sure the community is available as a standalone product, not just inside a bundle
3. Confirm You're Using Your Hub Link (Not a Sales Page Link)
This one trips people up! There's a difference between your hub link and a sales page link:
Hub link β Shows ALL your published products in one place (e.g.,
yourusername.withme.so)Sales page link β A direct link to one specific product's sales page
If you're sharing a sales page link for a different product, visitors won't see your community listing there, instead will see community landing page directlt. Always share your hub link when you want people to browse everything you offer! π―
4. Try an Incognito Window
Sometimes your browser cache can play tricks on you. Open an incognito/private window and visit your hub link β this shows you exactly what a first-time visitor sees.
π‘ Pro Tips for Community Visibility
Free communities are powerful for lead capture β they show up on your hub and let visitors join with zero friction. Great for growing your audience! π
Use your hub link everywhere β in your bio, podcast show notes, social profiles, and outside links. One link, all your products.
Set a clear community description β just like course descriptions, a compelling community description helps convert browsers into members.
π Note:
If you've checked all of the above and your community still isn't showing, reach out to our support team. We'll take a look at your hub settings and get it sorted in no time! π¬
π Quick Recap
Your community should be visible on your public hub to anyone β no login required. If it's not showing up, check these four things:
Is it published?
Is it set to standalone (not bundled-only)?
Are you sharing your hub link (not a sales page link)?
Have you tested in an incognito window?
Once those are sorted, your community will be front and center β ready for new members to discover and join. You've got this! π
