📝 Create Your Own Privacy Policy
You can create and host your own custom privacy policy right inside your hub. This gives you full control over the privacy terms your visitors and customers see, instead of only linking to a general policy.
Go to Profile in your hub.
Find the privacy policy section and write or paste in your own policy text.
Save your changes. Your custom privacy policy is now hosted on your hub.
✅ Require Acceptance at Lead Capture or Checkout
Once your custom privacy policy is set up, you can require visitors to accept it before they submit a lead capture form or complete a checkout.
When this is turned on, visitors will see a link to your custom privacy policy and need to accept it before they can continue. This replaces linking out to a general privacy policy, so your own terms are front and center.
