📭 Why an Auto DM Wasn't Sent

Learn what the "Not sent (7 days)" count means on an automation card and how to fix the reason behind it.

📊 The Not Sent (7 Days) Count

Each automation card shows a Not sent (7 days) number next to Sent and Clicked.

This counts DMs from the last 7 days that failed to send, or that expired because the automation waited too long to reply to a comment.

🚩 Seeing a Red Notice

If an automation is currently failing, a red notice appears under the card header. It tells you the main reason in plain words.

  1. The account isn't connected.

  2. Instagram or Facebook blocked or rate-limited the message.

  3. The message was refused.

  4. The comment was too old to reply to.

🔧 Fixing a Connection Problem

If the reason is a connection or permission problem, the card will tell you to reconnect Instagram on that page to fix it.

  1. Go to the page where the notice appears.

  2. Follow the prompt to reconnect Instagram.

  3. Check back on the automation card to confirm sending has resumed.

✅ When the Notice Clears

Once your automation starts sending successfully again, the red notice disappears.

The Not sent (7 days) count may still show past failures for the rest of that 7 day window, even after the issue is fixed. That's expected: it's a historical count, not a sign that something is still wrong.
