You've got two ways to sort your Auto DM automations: Newest (the default ⏱️) or Most recipients 🏆.

Newest shows your automations in order of creation date, most recent first, simple and straightforward!

Most recipients ranks your automations by Recipients messaged, so the automations reaching the most unique people float right to the top. If two automations are tied, the one created more recently wins the tiebreaker. Still tied? We break it consistently so the order always stays nice and stable! ✅

Recipients messaged counts an outbound message that Meta accepted for delivery. Heads up: this does not confirm the message was actually delivered or seen by the recipient, just that it was sent off successfully. 📤

A known recipient is only counted once within a single automation or post, even if they were messaged more than once. That means this metric is all about reach, not raw message volume, exactly what you want when comparing performance! 💪

Your Overview still shows the older 'sent' count. This is a different number from Recipients messaged, and it works exactly the way it always has, no changes there!

Sorting by Most recipients does not change or affect the Overview total in any way, so you can use both metrics side by side with confidence. Use Recipients messaged when you want to know which automations are reaching the most unique people, and stick with the Overview total for the count you're already used to seeing. 📊

Sort by Newest or Most recipients, use Recipients messaged to spot your top performers (remembering it only reflects accepted sends, not confirmed delivery), and know that your Overview total keeps doing its own thing untouched. Easy! 🙌
