🔒 Why Is My Hub Offline to Visitors?

Learn why your hub might be offline to visitors and how to bring it back.

🔒 Why Your Hub Goes Offline

If your plan payment is unpaid, lapsed, or paused, visitors see a simple message instead of your hub: "This hub isn't available right now." It may be back soon. Check again later.

You, your staff, and anyone who has already bought from you keep full access the whole time. Nothing about your hub or products is deleted.

📋 When This Happens

  1. Your trial ended and you didn't continue. Visitors see the offline page instead of your hub.

  2. Your first payment after the trial fails. Visitors see the offline page right away. As soon as you pay, your hub comes back.

  3. A renewal payment fails on a plan you've paid before. Your hub stays live to visitors for 48 hours, giving you time to fix payment. After that, it goes offline until you pay.

  4. Your plan has ended, you've paused it yourself, or it never started. Visitors see the offline page.

👀 What Visitors See

The offline page doesn't mention you, show your photo, or list your products. It just says the hub isn't available right now.

If someone has already bought something from you, they'll see "Already bought something here? Log in and you can still get to everything you bought." with a Log in button, so they can keep using their memberships, courses, and downloads.

✅ Getting Your Hub Back Online

You don't need to rebuild or re-publish anything. Once you pay, restart your plan, or unpause it, your hub comes back on the very next page load for visitors.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
