đ§ Sending a Test of an Email Sequence
Before your email sequence goes out to customers, you can send yourself a test so you can see exactly what they'll receive.
How it works
Open your email sequence and look for the Send test sequence button. Selecting it sends every active email in the sequence to the email address on your account, one after another, in the order they appear.
The test skips the delays between emails, so you'll receive all of them right away instead of waiting the normal number of days between each one.
Steps
Open the email sequence you want to test.
Make sure any emails you've edited are saved. A test uses the last saved version of each email, not unsaved changes, so save first if you want your edits included.
Select Send test sequence.
Check the inbox for the email address on your account. The emails will arrive one after another, in sequence order.
Things to know
If the sequence has no active emails, there's nothing to send a test of. Activate at least one email in the sequence before trying again.
If a test send fails partway through, you'll be told how many of the total test emails were sent before the error happened, so you know how far it got.
You can still use the Preview button in the email sequence editor to check how a single email looks without sending anything.
