🖥️ Getting Help on Tablet and Desktop

Learn how the help bubble opens a floating panel on tablet and desktop, with the same options as the phone help sheet.

🖥️ What's Different on Tablet and Desktop

On screens that are at least 600px wide and 500px tall, such as tablets and desktop computers, tapping the help bubble opens a floating panel anchored just above the bubble.

This replaces the chat launcher that used to open straight away on these screen sizes. Now, the help bubble is your one starting point for getting help.

🧰 What's in the Panel

The panel shows the same options you'd see on a phone:

  1. Search the guides to find help articles.

  2. Chat with Cassie to start a conversation.

  3. Report a problem to send us details about an issue.

  4. Continue your chat if you already have one open.

  5. A suggestion for your AI Team, or quick links if you've already hired them.

🪟 How the Panel Behaves

Unlike the bottom sheet on phones, the panel has no grab handle, and it doesn't dim the rest of your screen. You can keep working with the rest of the page visible around it.

You can close the panel by pressing Esc, clicking its X, clicking anywhere outside it, or clicking the help bubble again. Whichever way you close it, your focus returns to the help bubble so you can reopen it easily.

💬 Chatting with Cassie

If you select Chat with Cassie on tablet or desktop, your chat window opens. You can close it from its own X, or by clicking our help bubble again.

🔔 Unread Messages

If you have an unread message, you'll see a badge on the help bubble, just like on phone.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
