🎬 Videos in Uploaded HTML Landing Pages

Explains that YouTube, Vimeo and Loom embeds in uploaded HTML landing pages now play on the product page instead of staying dead.

🎬 Videos in Uploaded HTML Landing Pages

If your uploaded HTML landing page has a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video embedded in it, that video now shows and plays right on your product page.

It plays in the same spot and at the same size as it appears in your uploaded page.

✅ Where this works

This works on every product type that supports an uploaded HTML landing page.

Visitors can tap the video to play it inline, right there on the page, whether they are on a phone or a desktop.

🔢 How many videos can play

A landing page can have up to 10 playable videos.

If your page has more than 10 YouTube, Vimeo or Loom embeds, only the first 10 that are recognised will play. Any beyond that stay as a static box.

🚫 What still will not play

Embeds from other video providers, or iframes pointing to something other than a recognised YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video, will not play.

Old-style YouTube links that use the '/v/' format are not recognised, so those will also stay as a static box.

To make sure your video plays, use a current YouTube, Vimeo or Loom embed link when you build your HTML landing page.

If you get stuck, message us from the chat bubble and we will help.
