🎬 Supported Media Types — What You Can Upload Where
WithMe gives you tons of flexibility when it comes to the content you can share with your audience — but not every media type works in every section. This guide breaks down exactly what's supported where, so you never have to guess!
🖼️ Landing Page — Media Section
Your product landing page is the first thing potential members see, so you want it to look sharp. Here's what you can add to the media section at the top of your landing page:
Images — JPG, PNG, and long form Canva images. Upload directly or drag and drop.
Video (direct upload) — MP4 and MOV files. These play natively right on your page — no embed codes needed!
YouTube embeds — Paste any YouTube video URL (excluding Shorts!) and it'll embed automatically. Perfect if you already have welcome or introduction video on your channel. ✅
📝 Posts (Lessons & Content)
Posts are where your actual content lives — courses, memberships, audio books, you name it. You've got the most flexibility here:
Images — JPG and PNG. Drag and drop or use the image block.
Video (direct upload) — MP4 and MOV. These get hosted and streamed by WithMe.
YouTube embeds — Paste any YouTube video URL (excluding Shorts!) and it'll embed automatically. Perfect if you already have content on your channel. ✅
Audio files — MP3 and M4A. Great for audio books, meditations, or podcast-style content.
File attachments — PDFs, documents, and downloadable resources.

📝 Note:
If your videos are larger than 5GB, we recommend uploading them to YouTube and embedding the link here — it’s a faster and simpler workaround.
Direct uploads are also supported, and we host your videos natively with no limits on overall content uploads.
💬 Community Posts
Your community feed keeps members engaged between content drops. Here's what works in community posts:
Images — JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP. Upload one or multiple images per post.
Video (direct upload) — MP4 and MOV.
YouTube embeds — Paste a link and it embeds inline. Shorts work here too!
GIFs — via the built-in GIF picker. 🎉
Audio files — MP3 and M4A. Great for audio books, meditations, or podcast-style content.
