📧 What This Feature Does
Every visitor who signs up to your lead capture now automatically gets a confirmation email. This happens whether or not your lead capture includes a file.
📝 What the Email Says
If your lead capture has no file, the email subject is "You're on the list: <title>" and includes a button to your hub.
If your lead capture has a file, the email subject is "It's yours: <title>" and includes a Download button, the same signed download link shown on screen after sign-up.
Every confirmation email opens with your personal message if you've set one, or with "Thanks for signing up with <creator>." if you haven't. The email is sent as "<Creator> via WithMe," with replies going straight to you. It also includes the WithMe sticker, a Visit Us link, and an Unsubscribe line.
🔁 One Email Per Sign-Up
Only one confirmation email is sent per email address per lead capture. If someone signs up again with the same address, nothing new is sent.
Leads you add manually, or leads added through the Creator API, do not get this confirmation email, since those people didn't sign up themselves.
✍️ How to Personalize Your Message
Open your lead capture in the editor.
Go to Options, and select Confirmation Email. It's the first item in Options.
Add, edit, or clear your Personal message. This is the message that opens your confirmation email.
Check the preview. It follows whichever tab is open: Details and Checkout show the sign-up card or landing page, while Options shows the screen your visitors see right after they sign up.
