Are you using the platform less, but don't want to leave? Downgrading is a great option.

1] On mobile - Click the 3 lines on the top left of your creator's page.

On desktop - Click your username on the top right of your creator's page.

2] Choose “settings” from the list.

3] Choose “memberships” from the top toolbar and from there you can choose which membership you’d like to downgrade.

4] Click on the green "change" button for your selected membership and from here you can downgrade to another tier.

Alternatively, on the yellow banner of the creator's page, you’ll see a button that reads ”subscribed” - spoiler, this is what you click on next.

3] From the pop-up window that appears, you’ll be able to choose to downgrade your membership.
