Quick heads-up: Subscription tiers are hierarchical — this means higher tiers include everything from the ones below them. So if you add content to the Bronze tier, Silver and Gold will get it too! It means you don't have to create new content per tier, you can upload once and let all of your tiers receive it!
🚀 Setting Up Your Subscription Tiers:
Ready to set it up? Just follow these steps:
Sign in to your WithMe account.
Head to “My Platform” on your dashboard (left-hand menu).
Scroll down and click “+ Add Product.”
From the list of product types, choose “Subscription.”
Fill out the Details section:
Style: (Only “Classic” is available for now)
Tier Name: Choose something fun or clear — like “Bronze,” “Superfans,” or “All-Access Pass”
📌 Reminder: tiers stack! Higher ones include the benefits of lower tiers.
Hit Next, and move on to Checkout Settings.
Choose your pricing:
Set monthly, annual, or both (you can enable/disable either).
Now the fun part: Add your perks 🎁
Select from a list of benefit options (like exclusive content, courses, lives, community access)
Or, type in custom perks if you’ve got your own ideas!
Hit Next again for Additional Settings:
Add a free trial, or skip it.
Want a free tier? Just toggle this option ON!
Finally, click “Push Tier” — and just like that, it’s live! 🎉

🔢 You can have up to 3 paid tiers and 1 free tier (a total of 4).
Non-Hierarchical Tiers: A Flexible Option
By default, all tiers are hierarchical — but if you'd prefer separate, non-stacking tiers (so content is only accessible to that specific tier), we can now make that happen!
Just reach out to us and request non-hierarchical tiers — we’ll enable it for your platform manually.
This is perfect if you want to offer completely different experiences at each level, instead of one building on top of the other. By separating these tiers, you can assign unique content, pricing, and benefits to match the diverse needs of your subscriber base.
💡 How to Enable a Free Tier on Your Platform
Adding a Free Tier is a great way to let potential members explore your offerings before committing to a paid subscription. It gives them a chance to experience your platform and consume any free content you choose to share — completely optional on your end. In exchange, you get to collect email addresses, which can help grow your audience and nurture future conversions.
✅ If You're Creating a New Tier:
While setting up your new tier, simply toggle on the “Free Tier” option before publishing.
That’s it! Once the tier is published with the toggle on, it will be live as a separate tier alongside the paid tiers you’ve created.
🔄 If You Already Have Published Tiers:
You can switch on the Free Tier setting from any of your already published tiers. Since this is a global setting, enabling the Free Tier toggle from any tier will activate it — there’s no need to create a separate free tier like you did for paid ones.
Follow these steps:
Go to My Platform
Locate the Subscriptions tab.
Click the small arrow on the right of the tab to open the dropdown menu.
Select any existing tier and click Edit.
From the top menu, click on the “Options” tab.
Toggle on the “Free Tier” option.
Once enabled, your Free Tier will be active.
Note: This won’t affect your paid tier in any way, nor will it convert that specific tier into a free one. It simply activates the free tier feature for your platform.

🛠️ Making Changes or Updating Your Tiers
Need to tweak a price or rename a tier? Super simple.
Go to the “My Platform” section from your dashboard.
Look for the “Subscription” tab under your profile section.
Click the arrow on the right to expand and view all your current tiers.
Hit “Edit” next to the one you want to update.
Make your changes → click “Update Tier” to save & publish.
