Not sure what to do when your members reach out? We've got you!

It can only really be a good thing if your members reach out to you. It means they’re engaged with your content and their time on WithMe. However, it’s not always going to be love letters - there could be times when they contact you needing help with payment or perhaps they’ve come across an error on the platform.

If this is is the case, our top tip would be to direct them to the help button [that speech button you find in the bottom right corner of the screen]. This is the quickest and most efficient way to reach our team and get any issues sorted.

If it’s something more content-focused, we recommended replying ASAP - an engaged community is a happy community!

You might find it useful to set up some template messages that you can keep in your notes and reply with, saving you time!
