Just purchased a group or community on WithMe and not sure where to find it? Don't worry β€” we've got you! This quick guide will show you exactly how to locate and jump into your purchased content in seconds. πŸŽ‰


πŸ“± Finding Your Purchased Group on the WithMe App

Once you've purchased a group or community from a creator, it's automatically added to your account. Here's how to access it:

  1. Open the WithMe app or head to your creator's WithMe site in your browser.

  2. Login to the account using the same login method you used for the first time (at the time of making the purchase)

  3. Once logged you'll see the creator's home page with all the products listed

  4. Find the one you've purchased (will have a green "purchased" tag) and click on it

  5. You can now access the community and its content posts without restrictions

  6. If you have access to multiple communities, you'll see a drop-down at the top you can use to switch between communities. Tap the one you want to enter β€” and you're in! πŸ™Œ

If your purchased group isn't showing up, try these quick fixes:

  • Make sure you're logged in β€” sounds obvious, but it's the most common reason! Tap your profile icon to confirm you're signed into the correct account.

  • Check your email β€” make sure you used the same email address for your purchase as the one linked to your WithMe account or method(sign-in using gogle or apple).

Prefer using your computer? No problem! You can access your purchased products from any browser:

  1. Go to your creator's WithMe site (the same link you used to make your purchase).

  2. Log in with the email you used when purchasing.

  3. Navigate to the product or Community from the main menu
