How To: Update Your Payment Details

Need to update your payment details? Doing so is easy, here’s how:

1) Navigate your way to your platform settings by clicking your profile image in the top right of the page and then choosing ‘settings’ from the pop out menu.

2) From the settings page, select ‘billing’ on the top bar menu.

3) You’ll then be able to see all your billing/transactions. Select the ‘Go to Billing Portal’ in the middle of the screen.

4) This will take you to Stripe - our payment partners - where you’ll be to update your payment method.
