It’s all very well getting people to join your platform on a free trial because, well…it’s free! But converting them to paying members is the most important part. Did you know that with your platform insights, you can see just how many people have converted from a free trial to a full member?

1) Navigate your way to your platform settings by clicking your profile icon on the top right of the page and clicking “settings” from the pop-out menu.

2) From the top toolbar that has now appeared choose “platform insights”

3) At the top of the page, just under the platform breakdown you’ll see a box called ‘trials’. Here, you’ll be able to see how many converted trials you have, how many cancelled trials, and your trial conversion rate.
