Your clients get a smooth booking experience, and you stay in control of your calendar. Here's exactly how to make it work. 👇
Here's What's Different On WithMe
On WithMe, the booking and payment steps work slightly differently right now:
✅ Payment is handled natively inside WithMe when a client purchases your coaching product
📆 Booking / scheduling is handled by your external tool (Calendly, Cal.com, etc.), which you link inside your hub
This means your clients pay you through WithMe (keeping everything in one place 🙌), then click your booking link to schedule — it's a two-step flow rather than one combined step. Once WithMe's native booking system launches, this will be seamless end-to-end!

Native real-time calendar booking is on the WithMe roadmap! The team is actively building this. In the meantime, the Calendly method below works brilliantly and your clients will love it.
🛠️ Setting It Up — Step by Step
Here’s how to connect your booking tool to your WithMe hub so people can schedule coaching sessions with you.
1. Set up your booking tool
If you don’t already have a booking tool, create a free account with Calendly or Cal.com.
Connect it to your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar so it can automatically read your availability and prevent double bookings. 📆
2. Create your coaching event type
Inside your booking tool, create a booking page for your coaching session. For example:
“60-minute 1:1 Coaching Call”
Set up:
Your available hours
Buffer time between meetings
The meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
This is the page people will use to book time with you.
3. Copy your booking link
Once your event type is ready, copy the shareable booking link from your scheduling tool.
You’ll add this link to your WithMe hub so members can access it.
4. Add the Booking Link to Your WithMe Hub
Next, you’ll create a Coaching Call product and add your booking link so members can schedule a session with you.
Follow these steps:
Go to My Hub.
Click + Add Product.
Select “Coaching Call” from the product list.
Add your title, thumbnail, button text, and description.
These details make up the front-end listing that visitors see on your hub.
Paste your Calendly or booking link, then click Next.
Set up your landing page by adding media (up to 10 images or videos) and a detailed description for your sales page.
Choose whether the coaching call is Free or Paid:
If Paid, add the price and select the access duration you want.
Click Publish to make your coaching call available on your hub.
Once published, visitors will be able to view the coaching product and access your booking link to schedule a session after access.
