What if my availability changes from week to week?

No problem! If your availability shifts from week to week—or even day to day—you can easily manage it directly within your WithMe dashboard under the Appointments tab. 🙌

How to Block Off Time in WithMe

  1. Go to your Appointments tab in your WithMe dashboard.
    (If you don’t see it right away, click +More to locate it.)

  2. In the Calendar view, you'll see grey blocks representing your synced events from Google Calendar. These events are always respected when your availability is shown to clients.

  3. To block off additional time manually in WithMe, click on the date you want to block and then select + Block Time.

  4. Choose your start and end time for when you'd like to be unavailable. (Note: this view will reflect your current time zone.)

    • From = when the block starts

    • To = when the block ends

  5. Click Save, and you’ll see your new blocked time appear as red blocks on your calendar.

You can click on any red block to view, edit, or delete your availability changes.


📌 Google Calendar Sync Reminder

If your Google Calendar is synced with WithMe, your platform availability will automatically reflect any meetings, events, or blocks from your Google Calendar. That way, your clients will only see your true availability—no double-booking stress!
