Connect your Google Calendar, set availability for each coaching call product, and let buyers book, reschedule, or cancel time slots on their own, with Google Meet links generated automatically.

Prefer Zoom? You can also connect Zoom as a meeting provider for your coaching calls, separately from your Google Calendar, and choose Zoom or Google Meet as the Booking Type for each coaching product.

🔌 Step 1: Connect Google Calendar

  1. Head to Settings > Integrations > Meetings in your WithMe dashboard.

  2. Click connect and sign in with the Google account you use for coaching calls.

  3. Grant WithMe permission to read your calendar and create events with Google Meet links.

🔌 Step 2: Connect Zoom (Optional)

Want to run coaching calls over Zoom instead? Head to Settings > Integrations > Meetings and click Connect Zoom. Zoom connects separately from Google Calendar, so connecting Zoom alone is enough to take bookings.

Once it shows as Zoom Connected, open each coaching call product and set its Booking Type to Zoom or Google Meet. Each product keeps its own setting, so you can mix and match across your offers.

If you have both connected, your Zoom sessions still show up on your Google Calendar, with the Zoom link on the invite instead of a Google Meet room.
