How to Set Up Your Calendar Availability in the WithMe App

Planning to offer Coaching Calls or Webinars through your WithMe account? It’s important to set your calendar availability to ensure you don’t get overbooked. With the WithMe App, you can easily set specific availability for each type of session you offer, or you can manage availability for your entire account. Let's walk through how to do it!


To Set Specific Calendar Availability for Each Product:

  1. Go to your “My Store” tab in the WithMe App and add a Coaching Call or Webinar type product.

  2. Navigate to the Availability tab within the product settings.

  3. Choose your preferred meeting platform:

    • Google Meet: A calendar invite with a Google Meet link will be sent to your customer.

    • Zoom: A Zoom meeting link will be sent, and if you have Google Calendar integrated, both you and your customer will receive calendar invites.

    • Default: If you have either Zoom or Google Calendar integrated, a meeting link will be generated and sent out automatically.

    • Custom: No link or invite will be sent — best for in-person meetings!


Call Customization:

After choosing the meeting platform, you can adjust the rest of your call settings to best fit your needs:

  1. Choose Your Time Zone: Select your local time zone. When your customers choose a time, they’ll see it in their local time zone, making scheduling easier.

  2. Duration: Pick the length of the meeting — anywhere from 15 minutes to 8 hours.

  3. Prevent Booking Within X Hours of Current Time: Set a window to prevent last-minute bookings. A 12-24 hour buffer is recommended.

  4. Max Attendees: For group coaching or webinars, you can set a cap on how many attendees can book a spot.

  5. Adding Breaks Between Meetings: Set breaks before or after your meetings to give yourself time to recharge. Choose how much time you want between your meetings.

  6. Select Available Times: Choose when you’re available! You can add multiple time slots throughout the day by clicking the + icon next to your first slot.


Block Off Specific Dates:

Need to take time off or block off specific dates? Here's how:

  1. Sync your Google Calendar with your WithMe account. This will automatically account for any existing events, meetings, or blocks.

  2. To block off specific dates within the WithMe App, click on Block off specific dates. You can also select an empty time/date on your calendar and click +Block Time.

  3. Choose your block date/time:

    • From: The start of your unavailable period.

    • To: The end of your unavailable period.

  4. Click Save, and your availability will be updated!
